- 8 – 90 minutes weekly group sessions in one of the 3 groups:
- Every Tuesday 5:00pm-6:30pm EST (starting January 12th, 2021)
- Limited to 12 participants
- Includes one 60 minutes individual session to set you up for January and personalize your experience
